Our Goals:
Children: To provide a positive, child-centered educational program with meaningful learning experiences, wonder, curiosity, exploration, and ability to play, led by trained and qualified staff, with the support and participation of parents and the community.
- We will use the High Scope Curriculum model incorporating themes to implement a developmentally appropriate program that meets the needs of children in a play-based center with input from parents.
- To provide a safe, clean and healthy environment for the children to succeed in on a daily basis.
- To develop positive feelings in children, about school, and to enhance in children the motivation to learn and succeed.
- To promote all aspects of children's development and school readiness skills throughout the whole day through active learning in the areas of: cognitive, language/literacy physical, social-emotional, art & culture.

- Teachers will provide a daily routine of hands-on active learning activities that will incorporate a time for large group (2-3 times daily), small group (1-2 times daily), free choice (2-3 times daily), outside/gym time (2 times daily), creative art (2-3 times daily), meals, and rest time.
- To provide our children with a well-balanced breakfast, lunch & snack.
Parents:
- To include parents as the integral part of their child's learning to support and enhance their goals for education.
- To provide opportunities for expanding on parenting skills.
- To maximize the effectiveness of child's learning through home involvement activities.
Staff: To employ qualified staff and provide training to achieve the program goals.
